I've seen cleaners and homeowners throw bleach on the floor degrease and all sorts of chemicals in an attempt to clean the tiles and grout.

The problem lies when we damp mop floors with a standard mop. Any water retained on the tiles and in the grout lines after mopping has a certain amount of dirt in it. Being a porous material, the grout allows the water to penetrate the surface and or evaporate leaving the dirt trapped between the tiles.

This dirt is simple impossible to remove with a bucket and a mop, which is what most of use clean our tiles at home with, and is what the majority of commercial cleaners use to clean tiles areas.

The key is to be able to agitate, lift and remove the dirt from the grout. With the right chemicals and equipment Precise Commercial Cleaners can most definitely clean and remove most of the dirt that lies in between the tiles and in and on the grout.

We use a portable carpet cleaning machine that can be pressured to blast water up to 1200 PSI. We use a tool called a Gecko Turbo, to channel this water pressure onto the floor, and the vacuum component of the portable to remove this waste water immediatley.

It means we can do high pressure cleaning inside building without the worry of flooding area and causing water damage.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

While flooring surfaces and tiles are diverse, most are routine to clean. However, it is the Grout tying these surfaces together that holds the ongoing challenge. With the use of Gekko Turbo Hard Surface Cleaning equipment you can solve the unsightly appearance and unsanitary odour that accompanies dirty grout and tiles.
The equipment concentrates all the water pressure through a spray jet that creates extreme force for cleaning severely soiled grout. We would apply a high alkaline tile and grout cleaning solution to the floor before using the Turbo Cleaner on the floor. With 1200psi pressure being blasted and simultaneously removed from the tile and grout you can gaurantee that your tiles and grout will be restored to near new condition. Once the Tiles and Grout are clean you can discuss the possibility of grout re-colouring & sealing.
